Journaling plays an essential role in my life. There is something so special about putting to pen to paper and allowing my thoughts to flow without judgement. Writing is how I make sense of the world around me. I take my journal everywhere I go to help document my observations and reflections. It's the perfect way to dive into my mind or simply write out what I see in the moment. I also use it to keep track of my personal goals and use it to plan out my days. It’s a very effective thought and organizational tool.
