What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
They don't do content based on a story. People need to hear that they aren't the only ones in the world with a certain thought or problem. Brands should be more attentive to people's needs, spread it to make it reach to more people that the brands knows their problems, has related to them but doesn't anymore because they have found a solution about it.
Also I believe this story should be told in a series of posts, that all have the same mission - to fix a certain problem, or to give a certain idea. As humans we get across of a lot of information in social medias, so having to see something multiple times will most definitely make us remember it and go back on it.

How would you launch a new app on a college campus?
Firstly, I would make sure to make it known around the campus about what I am doing by just spreading the word around (telling friends etc.), I would take surveys to make sure to make it based on the needs and preference of the students so with that information I could update the app before launching it.
