Do you have experience using Reddit in a personal and/or professional setting? If yes, add details.
I use reddit a lot for many different reasons. For professional use I have used it for colleges to see how campuses are, how the acceptance is, as well as for tips for each major or essays. I have used it to get an idea on how some interviews for certain brands may go. As for personal use I use it daily for food, brands, shows, and so much more.

How would you grow the H\FC community from scratch?
Build a strong brand identity I feel like for a subreddit you really need to have a niche in order to gain a community. Really be strong about the brands values, purpose, rules, etc. Have a schedule on what sort of content is posted daily like tips, encouragement, and just anyway to connect with others and make it feel like a human connection as much as possible. Have a theme, have moderators who are teens, and really encouraging a welcoming community.
