What excites me most about helping other college women grow their careers is the opportunity to support and encourage them to discover their potential and build confidence in their professional paths. I enjoy sharing opportunities that can help them gain new skills, connect with mentors, and prepare for successful careers. Seeing other students succeed and grow because of an opportunity I shared would be very rewarding.

Realistically, I believe I could refer about 10–15 students in a month by reaching out to classmates, sharing information in student groups, and talking to students during campus events or meetings.

I would introduce Kranay Academy as a platform that helps students learn practical skills and gain real opportunities to grow in areas like technology, innovation, and career development. I would explain that it connects students with resources, training, and a community that supports learning and professional growth.

At a campus event or meeting, I would promote Kranay Academy by briefly explaining the benefits students can gain, such as learning new digital skills, networking with other students, and accessing opportunities that can help their future careers. I would also share real examples of what students can achieve through the academy and encourage them to sign up or learn more. I could also use flyers, social media posts, and quick presentations to attract attention and get students interested.
