Authenticity means being true to oneself whether that means to yourself, to a group, or to an organization. It means doing things that feel as if they align with whichever entity perfectly. It means doing things that compliment you.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
In order to create FOMO and social proof, I would implement customer reviews and frequent conversations with existing, recurring customers to see why they keep coming back and buying from the company. I would share these insights with potential new customers via emails, website, etc. I would also create content that highlights and emphasizes the certain characteristics that customers enjoy as well.
