Tell us a story about your journey related to hair or gut health?
My acne senior year or high school was the worst it has ever been. Thus I tried to fix my gut health thinking that my be causing my acne. The probiotics I tried didn’t work very well and didn’t make a difference in my skin. I ended up going on accutane which has caused me to lose a lot of hair in the process. Now, I am interested in finding an actual supplement to help my gut and trying to regrow my hair.
