I had a instagram where I reviewed makeup subscription services. It was called JentheIpster. It's since been deactivated. I made it and ran it from 6th to 8th grade and built a community with over 1500+ individuals and helped promote subscription services organically for them.

What's a time you had to be super detail-oriented?

A time I had to be super detail-oriented was during my Restless Road activation as a Sony Music U Representative. My goal was to promote the band’s upcoming tour and engage the target audience effectively on campus. Success required a strategic and meticulous approach to planning and execution.I began by analyzing the band's existing audience and tailoring my outreach to align with their preferences like working with a college bar with their target audience. I carefully coordinated a mix of on-campus events and social media campaigns, ensuring each touchpoint resonated with students. For example, I organized a promotional giveaway that involved multiple steps: securing merchandise, setting up QR codes for music streaming, and timing the release to coincide with high-traffic campus events. Additionally, I designed graphics, created captions, and ensured all content adhered to Sony’s branding guidelines. Tracking performance was another key area where my attention to detail came into play—I monitored engagement metrics daily and adjusted the campaign as needed to maximize impact. This activation was a huge success, with significant increases in both streaming numbers and student awareness of Restless Road's tour with over 300+ students coming out and posting on social media. It reinforced how being detail-oriented can elevate a project’s outcome.
