How would you handle a situation where a guest is not engaging or is disruptive during the tasting? -- Are you 21 years or Older?
I would come from a calm place of concern as this is a delicate issue. Assure if someone is being disruptive that they have a party to engage with at all times, making sure that they have food and water before exploring other alternatives. If a guest is not engaging I would personally spend time with them until they softened up or felt more at ease. Something that comes natural to me.

Can you provide an example of a successful event you have organized in the past?
Years ago when I managed a restaurant that had two private rooms for dining, one housed 40 guests and the second room housed 60 guests. While simultaneously running a dining room area and lounge area. Making sure food is coming out on time, drinks at the bar are not backed up, severs are supported. This position gave me experience in ordering inventory and catering for parties!

Planning ahead of time, RSVP coordination, Constant table touching with guests, introducing groups into each other. Memorable music and high energy. Lots of photos to capture the event. š
