Influencer & Creator Relations Manager (Part-Time)

You'll need to balance this role with your studies. Can you walk me through your typical week and how you'd structure your time to ensure you can consistently dedicate attention to finding and connecting with creators?"
I’d balance this role with my studies by planning my week carefully.
Weekdays:
Use mornings and short breaks between classes to handle quick tasks like researching or messaging creators.
Dedicate evenings to more focused work, like organizing outreach efforts or following up with creators.
Weekends:
Spend a few hours in the morning or afternoon on deeper tasks like analyzing progress, finding new creators, and planning the week ahead.
To stay consistent, I’d use time blocking to dedicate specific hours to each responsibility and batch tasks like outreach to save time.
If school gets busier, I’d adjust my schedule to prioritize deadlines without falling behind in my role.

How do you currently discover new skincare products or brands? Walk me through your process of researching and deciding what to try.
When I’m looking for new skincare products or brands, my process usually starts with social media. I often come across products through TikTok or Instagram—especially if they’re trending or recommended by skincare influencers I trust. If something catches my eye, I save the post or video to look into it further.
Next, I’ll research the product by checking reviews. I usually start with the brand’s website for product details and customer reviews. I pay attention to ingredients to make sure they align with my skin concerns, and I look for before-and-after photos to get a sense of real results.
If I’m still interested, I’ll compare it to similar products I’ve used or considered. Price and accessibility are big factors—I’ll check if it’s available at a local store or online retailer I use often. Sometimes, I’ll start with a mini or travel-size version to test it out before committing to the full-size product.
Finally, I might ask friends or family if they’ve tried it, especially if I know they have similar skin concerns. Once I feel confident, I’ll make the purchase and test it out for a few weeks to see how it works for me.
