Please share how you would successfully manage all responsibilities and clear communication with the influencers and pager team.

I have excellent time-management skills and use resources such as planners and online calendars in order to keep track of my progress on tasks. My favorite way to do this is actually via a Google document, which is shared with supervisors, where I check off each task, so that I can have peace of mind, as well as management.

How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?

I think the best way to open up conversation about completing tasks on time is to lead by example. If someone seems to be struggling, bringing up what projects you've been working on can open up the conversation, and then asking how they're doing with their projects. If they seem to be confident that they'll finish, that's great, and if they admit they're having a hard time, create a simple game plan with them so the task feels more achievable.

If you were to create a chip flavor that is perfect for the late night feels moment- what flavor would you create?

Such a great question, especially as someone who enjoys salty over sweet! I'd say something slightly tangy, like a sour cream or a vinegar/barbecue flavor. My go to is always all-dressed ruffles, when I can get my hands on 'em.
