Can you describe a successful influencer marketing campaign you were involved in?
For the most part, I've been involved in orchestrating a number of social media and in-person collaborations within a number of student-run organizations at my university. These experiences were all successful because after collaborating, we both noticed an increase in our club members, and increased interest in the clubs in general.

How do you approach identifying the right influencers for a campaign?
I like to go through a majority of their posts (and maybe send a direct message) to get an understanding of their aesthetic, values, marketing style, and overall product. If these factors align closely with ours, they would likely be a good match for a campaign.
