Please share an experience where you lead point on a big event or activation.
Throughout my years of high school, I participated on debate team and for the last two years I became the captain. I had to teach and guide all the new members on the formatting of debating. Also, I had to bring together the group and assign group based activities to hone my team’s skill level.
