What role does journaling play in your life?
Journaling is a therapeutic practice for me. It's nice to have the ability to set the mood and sit down and write, but there's a multitude of activities you can do inside a journal outside of expressing your feelings. I keep a film journal where I review the movies I've watched and write how I'd change them.
