I still go to college, studying Civil Engineering while working for a real estate developer company and doing various freelancing/side hustles. I often take on tasks that requires me to do a lot multi-tasking, switching from one work to another.

Can you describe a time when you successfully upsold a product to a customer?
I work for a real estate developer company and successfully sold 2 property farm lots through Facebook. Also, I have sold various products (beauty, health, kitchenware, garments, and accessories) from our family store.

How do you approach a customer who seems undecided about making a purchase?
Provide open-ended questions that'll help me and the customer understand what they truly need/want/looking for. Then provide the most accurate product based on their answers/given information. I'll try to also incorporate some sense of urgency.
