How would you approach building a relationship with someone who actively uses our product but hasn’t interacted with you directly?
I would contact the user through a more informal form of communication, such as email or through text. The user enjoys the product and actively uses it, however may not be interested in any flashy advertisements regarding a product. The goal is to establish an initial connection with the user and then proceed with any business agenda.
