Please share one experience you've had around college sports on your campus?

I got Rutgers New Brunswick which is a Big 10 school so every game is a big deal specifically football and basketball. I am also apart of a fraternity on campus so game days are essentially a holiday. Every game day we all get together as early as possible and go out before the game then go tailgate. Then win or lose everyone will probably go out after and continue through the night. It really makes you feel apart of the community when you see everyone wearing all their rutgers gear on game day even they don’t know anything about sports.

What do you enjoy most about attending your schools football games, game day events, or live/watch parties?

Its a day where everyone seems to forget about the stress of school and decides to go out and have fun all day. Building on that, I love that game days are not just about the game but about the whole day. It really makes you feel apart of the schools community.

What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?

A lot of companies are now attempting to appeal to younger audiences by following trends or creating content they think they would enjoy. I think that this is great idea and have seen some companies do it well and some not. The ones that do it well are the ones that really lean into it and post content that you would never think a massive company would post and instead at first glance you'd think its a regular post from a random on the internet. Those posts gain the most traction because people love to see their favorite companies participating in the trends they love. But they hate when their favorite companies try to do a trend and butcher it being too brand risk free.
