Can you share an example of a design that significantly improved a product's user experience?
Me and two friends tested a friend’s new app, a mix between a music recommendation tool and a note taking/task app where you could write notes, make shopping lists, and even connect Spotify to create playlists. While testing it, we noticed the layout and navigation felt confusing, so I gave detailed feedback and offered to help improve the code and structure to make it more user friendly. After making those changes together, the app became much smoother, easier to use, and people testing it loved being able to organize tasks and music in one place.

How do you approach balancing creativity with user functionality in design?
I approach design by starting with the user’s needs first and then layering creativity on top of that foundation. I use research, feedback, and testing to understand what’s essential for functionality, and then explore creative ways to make it more intuitive and engaging. This way the design not only looks great but also feels effortless to use and helps people reach their goals.
