What experience do you have being an ambassador?
I'm new to being an ambassador, but I'm genuinely excited about your app because it actually saves me money, and I would love to not only use it myself, but also share something that works with people. I'm still learning, but I'm eager to help and find answers right away if I don't know something.

Can you share an experience where your data management skills positively impacted business operations?
During registration for a conference, I observed a pattern where applicants reached the Google Forms site, but never reached the official platform of the brand. Thus, I recommended that the publicity efforts be made with the platform link rather than the registration link, as having the people on the platform still allowed them to register for the conference while giving us access to them for future programmes.
Similarly, during preparations for an upcoming national inter-university conference, I successfully implemented an optimised award system for a pre-conference contest, as a buildup to the nationwide event, which massively increased interest and anticipation on the part of attendees.

tell us about your previous customer service and/or executive assistant experiences
My experience with people in previous CS and P.A/E.A roles taught me that organising individuals at any capacity (including DMs) requires firmness, availability, willingness to understand and help, warm professionalism and attention to details.
My experience includes physical and virtual customer service (for a small business and real estate agency, respectively), event organisation and community management (for various programmes under the student union) and Executive Assistant/Chief Operative Officer for a networking brand.
