This experience includes working alongside younger girls in the show (8-13) who are modeling our tween collection, along with teens and college girls. How would you contribute to a positive, supportive environment for our younger models?
I love helping younger women feel confident in who they are. It's important to own what you got and not compare yourself. I call it own it energy. I would be thrilled to be that cheerleader for younger girls.
