What is a Brand you'd like to see on HFC?

A brand I’d love to see on HFC is BeReal — I worked with them through my brand Gen Z Mentality and found their approach to authenticity aligns closely with what Gen Z values in career and personal growth spaces. Another great fit would be Jammy, where I interned; it’s an emerging Gen Z platform focused on bridging the gap between young people and brands, and I think their mission complements HFC’s goal of helping students build meaningful career connections.

In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?

I handle difficult customer interactions by leading with empathy and active listening, making sure the user feels heard and understood. During my UX research internship at Hinge, I spoke with Gen Z users about their challenges using the app, focusing on creating a safe space for honest feedback even when it was critical.
