I would host events sponsored by DateNight at various locations of my campus. Initially I would start at our local coffee shop to get the word out and telling my friends in greek orgs and business fraternities etc to send a message in their groupme/groupchats. Then I would move on to hosting events at our 3 local bars - giving the incentive that there is a $$$ tab open if you wish to download the app and create a profile. Then follow up by giving more incentives in the future for using the app actively. I think that the bar environment matches the energy of DateNight because alcohol takes the edge off when meeting potential friends or lovers. I would also emphasize that this app is to have fun with your friends and to take away the pressure. With this message, I would spread it across social media but in an inviting, aesthetically pleasing way that competitors (such as bumble) have not in the past.
