I believe something that can help a resume builder gain traction is adding different projects they have worked on and what the gathered from that is helpful. Since I am in tech by coding it is very helpful.

Share a time when you've been able to mobilize a group of people around a product, service, or cause you feel passionate about?
I worked in Sephora inside Jcpenneys for a while and I was able to help people find something they are looking for and it brought a huge smile on their face when it worked for them. I was very passionate to get that smile from the customers! I am very into skincare so I was able to recommend my favorite products to them!
