I do not have a portfolio due to the fact that I'm a new, aspiring college student trying to create a platform of my own.

What on the street content do you find most engaging?

I find that the most engaging "on the street" content is the stuff that feels completely unfiltered and unpredictable. I’m naturally drawn to videos where the creator uses a really strong, unexpected hook—like a "wait, what?" question—that catches people off guard and skips past their rehearsed "camera persona." Whether it’s a quick trivia challenge for a prize or a bold "rate your fit" question, that split-second of genuine reaction is what actually makes me stop scrolling. It’s that human element of seeing a stranger be funny, confused, or surprisingly wholesome that builds a real connection.I also think the best content has a high-energy, almost chaotic vibe where the interviewer feels like a friend rather than a reporter. Fast-paced editing and clear incentives—like "finish the lyric for a free snack"—transform a random interaction into a high-stakes challenge. To me, the most successful street content doesn't just show a product or a person; it captures a spontaneous moment that feels like a "you had to be there" experience, making the viewer feel like they’re part of the inner circle.

How would you engage a group of people to try a new snack?

To engage a group of people with a snack like Flings, I’d lean into the "nostalgia" factor. I wouldn’t just stand there handing out samples; I’d start a conversation by asking if they’ve ever found a snack that actually tastes like the junk food we loved as kids but doesn’t leave you feeling sluggish. My goal is to create a "wait, what’s the catch?" moment. I love handing over a bag, letting them get that first crunch, and then watching their faces when I tell them the actual nutrition facts—that's the "plot twist" that really sticks with people.I also think it’s about reading the room. If it's a group of students cramming for exams or people coming out of a workout, I’d position Flings as the perfect "productivity reward" or recovery fuel. For social media, I’d keep it totally unfiltered, capturing those genuine, first-bite reactions. People can tell when a brand is being too "salesy," so I focus on being the high-energy friend who just discovered something great and can't wait to share it.
