I think it would be complete honesty. I think brands should tell their customers the truth about everything, the same you would want a friend to be honest with you. Then you build a real relationship and trust with your customers and people appreciate trust.

I think the best way would to connect everyone on social media and correlate events through posts. Videos and pictures are seen by Gen Z's every second, social media is the easiest and most efficient communication between all.
