Please share an experience where you managed a project from beginning to end.
In my current role, I have a lot of experience managing projects from start to finish. One project I have managed was for a company and their booth at a design build conference. This included providing them with designs and layouts for their booth space, helping them determine a budget, staying within that budget, contacting the show site for show services, being on-site to oversee items and confirm they arrived safely, as well as walking the client through set up and lastly, invoicing them.

What's one creative strategy you have to amplify the Youthforia voice and build a strong relationship with the Gen Z community?
Being a part of Gen Z, a lot of us have trust issues with brands and what they really want from their customers. I would easily suggest that we promote Youthforia on TikTok and show real people using these products and giving real, honest reviews. That and making sure we promote diversity and inclusion for all people!
