What's an app or product you've introduced to your friends or community that's been adopted? How did you do it? How did you communicate what was special about it?
I introduced the Grubhub app to several of my friends on campus who hadn’t used it before. I showed them how easy it is to order food from local spots and how convenient it is for busy students who don’t have time to leave campus between classes. I also pointed out the student discounts and delivery deals, which got them interested. After seeing how fast and simple it was when I ordered, they downloaded it too and started using it regularly.

What's something really hard that you've overcome in the past?
Balancing school, running my jewelry business, and staying involved on campus was really challenging at first. I had to learn time management quickly so I wouldn’t fall behind on my classes or let my business slip. There were times I felt overwhelmed, but I created a schedule, asked for advice from mentors in TRIO/OSP, and stayed focused on why I started. Over time, I figured out how to manage everything, which made me more confident and showed me I can handle tough situations when I stay organized and determined.

Have you gotten a group of people to participate in a trend before? It doesn't have to be super viral.
Yes, I’ve gotten groups to join trends before, and one of my videos even went viral. At my school, I started a trend in the campus dorms where we knocked on doors and took pictures with residents. The video blew up, and after that, other students were asking us to come to their dorms too. It created a lot of excitement and energy on campus and showed me how a fun idea can bring people together.
