A college holiday moment I’m really excited for is the fashion show I’m in on December 5th. It’s the perfect way to kick off the holiday season, and I love that I get to be part of something creative and fun right before break.

What social media platforms do you find most effective for beauty content and why?
I would definitely say TikTok is the most effective platform for beauty content because short videos perform really well and can reach people fast. Depending on the time you post, you can get real engagement and introduce people to products they might’ve never discovered on their own. It’s the easiest place for authentic beauty content to spread.

How would you capture authentic moments that showcase long-lasting makeup during finals week?
During finals week, I have a fashion show on top of my exams, so it’s the perfect time to capture real moments of long-lasting makeup. I’d show how the makeup holds up through my classes, studying, running around campus, and getting ready for the show. Since the fashion show lasts for hours, it’s a great way to show the makeup staying flawless from rehearsals to the runway, even with all the movement, lights, and stress. It would highlight how well it lasts in a busy college girl’s real schedule.
