What is your current skincare routine?
I struggled with acne most of my life and went through the most complicated of treatments, but the simplest products and routine was game changer for my skin. I now wash my face with bar soap at night and apply Cetaphil lotion. That's it.

What role does journaling play in your life?
Journaling isn't a regular habit of mine, but it is an essential one for me. Journaling is often my outlet when going through a confusing or stressful time in my life that allows me measure how I've grown or improved.
