How do you stay creative when creating content regularly?

I stay creative by capturing ideas as soon as they come to me so I always have a running list to pull from. That way, even on days when inspiration isn’t immediate, I have concepts I can build on. I also pay attention to content that I personally find interesting and analyze why it works. If something resonates with me, I’ll use it as inspiration and adapt it to fit my own style and personality rather than copying it directly.

What type of content do you find most effective for engaging an audience on social media?

In my experience creating fitness content, I’ve seen that short, value-driven videos — like quick tips or challenges — drive the most engagement. Overall, content that’s fast-paced, visually clear, and gives the viewer an immediate takeaway tends to perform best.

How do you record your videos?

I primarily record my videos on my smartphone using the back camera for higher quality. I pay attention to lighting — usually filming in natural light or positioning myself near a window — and I make sure the framing is clean and centered. For gym content, I use a tripod to keep shots stable and consistent.
