Can you share a time when you tested or gave feedback on a product, app, or feature? What did you enjoy or find challenging about that experience?
Over the summer when I worked at Lowe’s, we started using a new scheduling app for employees. I noticed a few bugs, like notifications not showing up or shift changes not updating right away, so I gave feedback to my manager and through the app itself. I liked that my input actually got noticed — they fixed some of those issues pretty quickly. The hardest part was explaining exactly what was wrong in a clear way, but it taught me how to give more detailed, useful feedback.

How comfortable are you with using Discord and participating in online communities to voice your opinion?
I’m really comfortable using Discord and being part of online communities. I use it already for personal groups, so I know how to join discussions, give feedback, and keep things respectful. I like sharing ideas and hearing what other people think too — it makes it easier to come up with better suggestions when everyone’s involved.

What motivates you to contribute feedback and improve apps?
I like giving feedback because I use a lot of apps myself, and I know how much better they can get with a few small changes. It’s cool to know that my opinion could help make an app easier to use or more helpful for other students. I like feeling like I’m helping improve something that people use every day, especially if it makes studying or learning smoother.
