Tell us about a time where you had to work as a part of a team to achieve a goal?
I am a Core Trainer at the Disneyland hotel. My team and I create operational guidelines for the Front of House department at the hotel. Balancing wants from the team and needs from the hotel is a balance that must be kept in check.
