How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I would firs set clear goals and expectations. I would then make sure to motivate the team as well as give regular feedback. I would make sure the work space feels safe and comfortable while also being firm with our values which would allow team members to actually want to work!

What are important considerations for you when reviewing a product?
The overall practicality of the product and the way that I feel after using a product. I also take notice of the packaging of the product.
