What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness means taking care of my mental and physical health. Allowig myself to live despite my mental illness and working alongside such illness to better the quality of my life. Whether it be doing yoga, meditating, spending all day in bed watching Netflix, wellness means listening to my body while simultaneously challending it.
