how would you help tea expand brand awareness quickly on campus?

In addition to promoting Tea to my sorority through an exciting event, I also would make sure to spread awareness to my friends in other sororities. For important brands like Tea, it is critical to spread awareness through broad female networks. I would love to host a joint sorority event (perhaps through our panhellenic organization) for Tea.

Can you share your experience in engaging with consumers in a retail environment?

I worked as a front desk associate for a company called Sweet and Sassy. This company provides beauty services for young girls and boys, fun birthday parties, and a retail section with toys and child beauty products. Often, I was faced with parents who wanted to make their child's experience (whether it was a birthday, their first haircut, or getting their ears pierced) as positive as possible. I found that it was all about understanding the consumer. I thought about how I wanted them to feel when they left the store, and that should be with a happy child. I would engage with the child, show them around the store, and try to best understand what they were looking to gain.
