How do you create FOMO and social proof?
I believe that truly getting to know your customers is vital. Don't treat them only as wallets but also as human beings. I love getting to know the regular customers' lives at the cafe I work at because I get to truly see them as they are and they can see me as well. This allows them to trust and confide in me more which can allow me to advertise more products and they'll be genuinely interested since they trust me.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would first reach out to the customer and ask for a detailed explanation as to why their experience was negative and then ask my coworkers who might have interacted with this customer their side as well. It's always important to hear the entire story from both parties before immediately just refunding the customer.
