I would say that my biggest motivation would be my own self drive to accomplish something that I want and know I can achieve.

One out of the many times I had to think creatively to solve a problem was during my senior year in High School. At the time, we were lacking in school spirit and with one of our spirit weeks coming up, we were concerned for a lack of participation. However, I decided to take it into my own hands to solve this issue. On the first day of the spirit week, we had minimal participation as we expected, but I spent all day taking photos and videos of those who participated and posted them on social media. After that, this created a huge increase in participation with people seeing the posts on social media and wanting to be posted. With this, the spirit week became one of the most successful school events due to the large number of student participation and overall increase in school spirit.
