Please share how you would successfully manage all responsibilities and clear communication with the influencers and pager team.
With regards to responsibilities, every team member should be on top of their work and be able to complete their portion of the task without need much assistance. However, it is useful to have a leading figure in order to assist the team members and act as a progress checker should team members need aid. However, commutations with influencers and the pagers team should be more individualized with members of the pager team working directly with each influencer since every influencer has a different audience and brand.
