Aside from posting, commenting funny comments on other's post would increase engagement and could lead others to my page.

Are you familiar with how to warm up a fresh tiktok account?
My general idea of "warming up" a fresh Tiktok account is setting up all the prior stuff (profile picture, bio), engaging on other's content to increase engagement / those who know you, and then posting content gradually.
