What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?
To grow an organization's social media following I would stay consistent with the brand image across all platforms and deliver quality, trending content.

How do you adapt your social media strategy to target different demographics or international audiences?
I would conduct research and consider changing my content to be in the language of the audience we are targeting (or at least have captions). Different demographics and international audiences may favor other social media platforms therefore the content calendar may have to be changed/altered according to this. Content must also be tailored in a way that acknowledges the audience's needs and wants while doing this in a way that will grab their attention.

Can you describe your process for developing a social media content calendar?
I would begin by understand and creating goals and objectives while keeping my target audience in mind and knowing where to post my content. I would have specific columns for dates, social media platfor, content type, captions, links, and other information pertaining to a post. I would research current trends to then plan content theme. I would set a posting schedule depending on the algorithm of each platform and according to the target audience's social media habits.
