Please talk about something you've done that demonstrates attention to detail.
It has happened in the past that I did not know the answer to a customer's question. To begin with I would apologize to the customer. If the question does not require an immediate response, I tell them I will call them after conducting some research. If it is, I'll ask my immediate supervisor if they know the answer. I show my attention to detail by asking them the necessary questions to understand what their request is or what their needs.
