My natural hair care experience I would say has been trial and error. I try certain products and evaluate how my hair reacts to them.
2️⃣ How would you handle a situation where a customer in Target, Walmart, or Sally Beauty has a complex question about their curly hair needs, and how our As I Am products can meet them?
I would first discuss their concerns and let them know that I understand where they are coming from because I am a curly haired girly and most likely I have experienced the same things that they are going through. I would then let them know that as I am is a versatile product and relates to all curly hair type and texture. I would then pick from the wide range of products as I am Carries and pick one based on their needs.

I spoke with a client about the vitamin c from drunk elephant and let them know that it’s the #1 selling vitamin c on the shelf.
