One method I'd organically distribute samples across my campus would be through our school's hygiene & wellness packs. As USC distributes packs with wet wipes, masks, hand sanitizers, and has a wellness center associated with our health clinic, it would be effective and widespread to include samples of the DermInfusions Plump + Repair Lip Treatments within these two channels.
