I focus on explaining benefits in a way that connects to the customer’s needs. I keep it simple, use real-life examples, and avoid overcomplicating things. I also listen first, so I can highlight the benefits that actually matter to them instead of just listing features.

How would you engage a customer who is unfamiliar with BOND products?
I’d start by asking a simple question to understand what they’re looking for, then explain BOND products in a relatable way instead of using a bunch of technical terms. I’d keep it friendly and honest, highlight what makes the product useful for them, and make sure they feel comfortable asking questions. The goal is to help, not to push a sale, so they leave feeling confident about their choice.
