what event would you host to promote uber one sign ups?
I would host a “Study Break Powered by Uber One” event during a high-traffic time like midterms or finals. The event would offer free snacks or food delivery samples, a relaxed study space, and quick demos showing how Uber One saves students money on Uber Eats and rides. To encourage sign-ups, I’d set up a simple station where students can scan a QR code to join Uber One on the spot while waiting for food or taking a break. I’d also highlight real-life use cases—late-night food orders, rides to campus events, or getting home safely—so students can immediately see the value. The event would feel helpful rather than promotional, making Uber One feel like a smart, stress-relieving upgrade students actually want during busy weeks.

I’m actively involved in several campus and community organizations. I currently serve as a Resident Assistant, where I support and mentor students while planning community-building events. I’m also involved in Women in Business and the Rutgers Pre-Law Society, which allow me to grow professionally, build leadership skills, and connect with other motivated students. Additionally, I’m a member of the National Association of Black Accountants, where I engage in professional development and networking opportunities.

How would you convince a student to sign up for Uber One?
I’d convince a student to sign up for Uber One by focusing on convenience, savings, and how often students already use Uber and Uber Eats. I’d start by relating to their daily routine—late-night food orders, rides to class, internships, or going out—and point out how Uber One helps save money on things they’re already paying for. I’d highlight benefits that matter most to students, like $0 delivery fees, reduced service fees, and exclusive discounts, especially during busy weeks like midterms or finals when ordering food is more common. I’d also emphasize how quickly the membership pays for itself after just a few orders or rides. Most importantly, I’d keep it relatable by sharing real-life scenarios—like splitting food orders with friends or needing a last-minute ride—and show how Uber One makes those moments easier and more affordable. Keeping the message simple and relevant makes the value clear without overcomplicating it.
