I would mainly listen for how it engages with the audience, especially if it eludes genuinity, which is big on the current market as well as if it correctly engages with the right audience. Making sure to write down what could be better in the podcast, while also writing down what it did well and should continue doing.

I believe that constructive feedback needs to be genuine including the flaws of the works but also how we can improve it, while making sure not to leave out the positive aspects of things in order to continue doing that to garner the views of the audience.
