How do you approach engaging with customers at events to promote a brand?
I engage with customers at events by creating an interactive and memorable brand experience. First, I attract attention with an eye-catching booth, giveaways, or live demonstrations. I initiate conversations by asking engaging questions and highlighting how the brand solves a specific problem. Interactive elements like games, QR codes for exclusive content, or social media challenges encourage participation. Lastly, I follow up with attendees through email, social media, or special offers to maintain engagement beyond the event.
