My base is the spiced farro. For sides, I get the broccoli and, of course, the fan-favorite mac & cheese. My protein depends on the day–most days I crave the tenderness of the hot honey chicken, but on others, I want to dig into the saucy meatballs to fuel my inner child. Just four elements and my bowl is complete–I find it flawless without any sauce. But of course, no meal is complete without the proper company, so I love taking my bowl to enjoy outside with my friends, each indulging in their own perfectly personalized DIG creations.
