Yes, I do have reliable transportation. I have the space to transport multiple cookie boxes, swag, and the foldable ping pong table without issue. I would first find a popular campus event or gathering where lots of students are already hanging out, like a club social, sports watch party, or study night. I’d coordinate with the organizers ahead of time to make sure the “crash” is a fun surprise and not disruptive. Then, I’d gather a team to help transport the cookies, set up the ping pong table, and hand out swag. The goal would be to create an exciting, spontaneous vibe that makes people feel celebrated and part of the moment.
