Explain your experience managing a brands Tik Tok page and how you've curating content for them?
For 2 years, I held a lead role on the public relations team for VALLEY, Penn State’s Student-Run Life and Style Magazine. In this role, I analyzed trends in order to boost engagement for the magazine’s social profiles. I then pitched ideas for content to the PR team in our weekly meetings. Specifically, I was the lead for the magazine’s TikTok profile. As the TikTok team lead, I monitored the teams’ content, organized meetings and created posting schedules in addition to creating my own content. Within two weeks, my content strategy raised our video views 59% and drastically increased profile views. This position required me to be both analytical and creative.
