Describe your approach to managing multiple creator relationships and communications.
My approach to managing multiple creator relationships is built around clear communication, organisation, and consistency. I like to keep everything structured from the start, whether that’s tracking conversations, deadlines, deliverables, or feedback, so nothing gets lost or delayed when working with multiple people at once. I also prioritise being responsive and transparent in communication. Creators often work on tight timelines, so I make sure expectations are clear, updates are shared early, and any changes are communicated directly and simply. I’ve found that this helps build trust and keeps collaborations running smoothly. At the same time, I try to treat each creator relationship individually rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Different creators have different working styles, so I adapt my communication depending on what helps them work best while still keeping the overall process organised and efficient.

How do you stay up to date with TikTok trends and online creator communities?
I actively use TikTok daily and pay attention to what’s naturally appearing on my FYP, especially recurring sounds, formats and editing styles. I also follow a mix of creators across different niches, not just entertainment but also marketing, wellness and editing accounts, because trends often start in smaller communities before going mainstream.

What is your experience with scheduling and posting social media campaigns?
I have experience planning, scheduling and posting social media content as part of structured campaigns due to my work for a UN association on Instagram. In that role, I was responsible for helping maintain a consistent posting schedule, ensuring content aligned with the organisation’s messaging and supporting awareness-focused campaigns.
