Describe your experience working in customer service?
I have been working in customer service for 4 years. My first customer service job was at a popular chain fast food restaurant which taught me to strengthen my communication skills to customers to fulfill their needs and be able to move around quickly with great quality. I am also a guest experience worker at a mall and with this, I am able to guide and redirect guests to places they are looking for whether it is a store or place to eat. As well as being able to provide them with other activities they should look at during their time there.
