As an intern at Rocket Central, I was responsible for leading a focus group to present a new product line to our current interns. However, as the meeting progressed, I noticed that the audience was becoming increasingly unengaged and distracted. This was a problem because we needed their input and feedback to improve.
To solve this problem, I had to think creatively and come up with a solution that would capture the audience's attention and keep them engaged. After brainstorming with my team, we decided to incorporate interactive elements into the presentation.
We created polls, quizzes, and breakout rooms to allow the audience to actively participate in the presentation. We also included videos and animations to make the presentation more visually engaging. By doing this, we were able to create a more dynamic and immersive experience for the audience.
To ensure that everyone was on the same page, we also provided a digital handout with all the important information and key takeaways from the presentation. This allowed the audience to refer back to the information later and kept them engaged throughout the entire meeting.
By incorporating interactive elements and visual aids, we were able to successfully capture the audience's attention and keep them engaged. This creative solution allowed us to receive the insights and feedback we needed to improve the product line, even in a virtual setting.
